At the start of the week, set your top 3 priorities. It can sometimes feel impossible to choose just 3 but sometimes you have to be ruthless to prioritise effectively!

Ask yourself “What things cannot go into next week?” (either due to deadlines or because you will feel you have not progressed if they do) and “What things will move me towards my goals?”

I like to split this into two categories – my daily work and personal development.

At the end of the week, review your 3 priorities.

Ask yourself:

  • Did I achieve them?
  • If not, what tasks got in the way? (Top Tip: You can use the activity tracker and the time & activity reflection template to write down everything you do in a day to gain an understanding of how you spend your time!)
