Urgent-Important Matrix

The Urgent-Important Matrix, also known as the Eisenhower Matrix, is a
productivity tool that helps prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
It divides tasks into four quadrants to determine how they should be handled.

  1. List all your tasks. Write down everything you need to do.
  2. Categorize each task. Place them into one of the four quadrants based on
    urgency and importance.
  3. Take action:
    • Quadrant 1: Do these tasks immediately.
    • Quadrant 2: Schedule time for these in your calendar.
    • Quadrant 3: Delegate if possible.
    • Quadrant 4: Avoid or minimize these activities.
  4. Regularly review and adjust. It’s important to reassess your priorities to
ensure you stay focused on important tasks.
